i had the level room the room was well maintained the climate control was effective i found the bed particularly comfortable. breakfast in the level lounge offered a great variety there were many choices that suited different tastes i especially appreciated the fresh fruit and pastries. the staff were very helpful especially when i needed directions they provided clear and concise information that helped me navigate the area.

detached curtainsewage odor
the room showed signs of wear. i found a section of the curtain detached. also, there was a distinct sewage odor emanating from the shower drain on the sixth floor. maintenance is needed to maintain a 5-star standard.
