wonderful hotel experience!
friendly staff good breakfast useful bathroom
i found the staff friendly and helpful. breakfast had a good selection. the room included both a bathtub and a shower, which i liked.
The ac wasn't terrific in my room. That was slightly disappointing.

I found the housekeeping services amazing. Rooms were kept clean. front desk staff held my luggage when i arrived too early. the staff were also very attentive. They created a cute atmosphere .

maintained room great variety helpful staff
i had the level room the room was well maintained the climate control was effective i found the bed particularly comfortable. breakfast in the level lounge offered a great variety there were many choices that suited different tastes i especially appreciated the fresh fruit and pastries. the staff were very helpful especially when i needed directions they provided clear and concise information that helped me navigate the area.
the elevators seemed a bit slow at peak times it sometimes caused a short wait
